Things you need to know before attending yoga class

- No big meals within 4 hours. You can eat healthy snacks( such as fruit or handful of nuts ) 1-2 hours before the class.

- Wear comfortable clothes. No shoes and socks in the yoga class.

- Consult your GP if you have any medical conditions.

-Please inform me if you have any injuries before attending yoga class

- This yoga class is not suitable for pregnant women
